Friday March 12

Audrey sits down with Omaha's Finest Hundred Proof Men, the Filter Kings. The area's favorite honky-tonkers take some time away from pickin' strings and chasin' whiskey to talk about how they met, and upcoming plans and expectations for their follow up to their debut cd, "Finer Things" on Speed! Nebraska Records.

They will be in Lincoln this Saturday, March 13th, at the Bourbon Theater as Speed! Nebraska presents Mercy Rule, The Wagon Blasters, Ideal Cleaners, Filter Kings and The Mezcal Brothers. Music starts at 8 p.m. $6 for 21+, $8 for 19-20.

Friday night at Louis Bar & Grill is Rowdy Shadehouse. 9:00-1:00 AM. High energy dance funk band out of Denver, Colorado, The Rowdy Shadehouse thrives on the beat. Labeled “SUPERFUNK” by such Denver magazines as Westword and 5280, RSH definitely lives up to their name.
