Therefore, in addition to the privacy of Profile data, we will not disclose the contents of a customer's email or IP address unless (a) you authorize us to do so; or (b) unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) comply with the law or comply with legal process served on us; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; or (3) act in an emergency to protect the safety of our customers or the public; or (4) you make profiles for the purpose to be hateful and deserve to have your information posted. Customers shall remain solely responsible for the content of their messages.
